Lightened up Peanut Butter Balls

The easiest sweet, healthier treat. Gluten, dairy free

Ingredients

  • 100 grams PB2 powder

  • 130 grams unsweetened apple sauce

  • 75 grams enjoy life chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine applesauce and pb2 powder. Mix well and roll into 12 balls.

  2. Add to freezer

  3. In a glass bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, 15 seconds at a time in microwave.

  4. Take balls out of freezer and roll in chocolate. Top w/ sea salt.

  5. Freeze.
