Mexican lasagna- Gluten and dairy free

This is the perfect comfort food meal and so easy to make too. Let me know if you make it and like it……..
Ingredients
12 corn tortillas(or 10 small GF flour)
1 lb lean 97% ground beef(or ground turkey)
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can nonfat refried beans
1 can mild green chilies
1/2 C dairy free cheese(use regular, low-fat if not dairy free)
1 small can sliced olives
1 can diced chilis
Gluten free taco seasoning
cilantro/ letuce for topping
Salsa(topping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook ground beef, Add GF taco seasoning.
Spray 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray. Line pan with 6 tortillas. Spread beans and green chilies. Repeat with another layer.
Over the tortillas, spread can of enchilada sauce. Top with ground beef, cheese and olives. Cook for 20 min. Top with shredded lettuce and salsa if you want.
