Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Soup

This soup is so delicious and the perfect comfort food with great macros too! Not gluten free? You can swap for regular noodles.
Ingredients
1/2 TBSP olive oil
12 oz. shredded chicken breasts, cooked
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 carton chicken bone broth
1 cup water
2 tsp GF chicken bouillon or seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 - 1 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz. dry gluten free egg noodles (I get mine from Moms place),
1/2 a lemon fresh squeezed
Directions:
Cook chicken and shred (boil in water and use mixer for easy shred).
Add garlic to a soup pan and sauté. Add broth, veggies and all spices.
Boil about 5-10 min. or until veggies have softened.
Add noodles (about 10 min until tender).
Squeeze lemon juice into soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste
