Protein Pancakes (Gluten & Dairy free)

Serving Size: Makes 6 pancakes (1 serving = 1 pancake)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gluten free oats

  • 4 egg whites

  • 1 scoop plant based protein powder

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the GF oats, egg whites, protein powder, banana and water.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Heat skillet or pan. Add 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Cook about 2-3 min, until bubbling. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 min.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings(not included in macros)
