Protein Pancakes (Gluten & Dairy free)
Serving Size: Makes 6 pancakes (1 serving = 1 pancake)

Ingredients
1/2 cup Gluten free oats
4 egg whites
1 scoop dairy free protein powder(I used Equip protein powder LINK).

1 medium banana
1/2 cup water
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
In a blender, combine the GF oats, egg whites, protein powder, banana and water.
Blend until smooth.
Heat skillet or pan. Add 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Cook about 2-3 min, until bubbling. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 min.
Serve with your favorite toppings(not included in macros)
If you want to make these into waffles instead, add less water and ¼ tsp baking powder. Spray waffle maker well to prevent sticking.
