Quick and easy shrimp and veggie bowl. So simple and yummy!
Ingredients
1 bag frozen shrimp, tail off
2 zucchinis, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
Cilantro
@feastmodeflavors Mango Habanero Seasoning
1 cup quinoa, cooked
Directions
Sautee shrimp and veggies in a pan.
Add seasoning.
Top 1/2 cup cooked quinoa with 1/2 of shrimp/veggies.
Optional: Top with sriracha sauce!!
