Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup papaya

  • 1/4 cup pineapple

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 cup kefir

  • 1 inch cube ginger

  • 1/4 cup carrots

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
