Ingredients & Benefits:

- 1/2 cup ginger 🫚 root (peel on): Known for its anti-inflammatory properties and digestive benefits.

- 3 lemons 🍋(peeled): A vitamin C powerhouse that supports immune function.

- 1 orange 🍊(peeled): Rich in antioxidants and helps fight off colds.

- 1/8 tsp cayenne🌶️ powder: Boosts circulation and adds a spicy kick.

- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder: Anti-inflammatory and packed with antioxidants.

How to Make:

- Use a juicer or blend all the ingredients in a blender, then strain through cheesecloth and squeeze to remove the pulp for a smooth juice. This juice isn’t delicious and it will burn going down, but you’ll want to drink this for the benefits of a healthy immune system. I got about 8 servings out of this.
